Beautiful

Fantastic, very spacious and bright guest apartment in an absolutely quiet location with a great panoramic view. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a house with four residential units. ​

​The Grundlsee, which is 150m away, is freely accessible at all points. Two bathing areas with entry steps and lawn areas, are located at a distance of 250m and 500m respectively.

Large balcony and garden

The holiday apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. There are two separate bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a comfortable living area (with a comfortable sofa bed). A television set is available in each bedroom. Also if occupied with only 1 or 2 persons the entire apartment is included. There is a large balcony and using the garden is also possible.

The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. There is space for bikes and skis in the basement. A drying room for swimwear, ski clothes or laundry is available. For quiet, cozy reading days there are all kinds of books, as well as games for the whole family available. There are 3 parking spaces available directly in front of the house. Cot and high chair are provided if required.

The apartment offers everything for an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful regions of Austria.

Arrival by car
From Vienna, Graz via the A2 southern motorway, the S6 to St. Michael, continue on the A9 Phyrn motorway, Liezen exit to the Trautenfels intersection, turn off to Ausseerland.
From Vienna, Linz via the A1 western motorway, Regau exit to Gmunden, continue on B145 to Bad Ischl, turn off to Ausseerland/Liezen.
From the direction of Salzburg via the Tauern motorway A10, to the Golling exit, continue on the B162 towards Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left towards Bad Goisern, exit onto the B145 towards Bad Aussee/Liezen.
From the direction of Carinthia via the Tauern motorway A10, to the Eben exit, continue on the B99 towards Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left towards Bad Goisern, exit onto the B145 Direction Bad Aussee/Liezen.

Summer

Directly out of the front door, wonderful flower meadows nestle in the mountain-dominated landscape. Endless hiking and walking trails as well as cycling and mountain biking trails are just waiting to be discovered. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the crystal-clear and clean lakes with natural beaches nearby or try out various water sports.​

Winter

In winter, a dreamy snowy landscape awaits you which invites you to take a walk. You can discover your sporty side in the three ski areas with their cozy mountain huts and countless cross-country ski trails. The two thermal baths, which can be reached within a few minutes by car, are ideal for relaxing.
